About

"In Australia, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds are united with a strong commitment to build powerful society to fight for peace, gender equality, and women emancipation. We have launched our non-profit organisation to help them fulfil their dreams. Whittlesea Womenhood Association Inc is our reputed and charity organisation which aims women from diverse backgrounds to enhance the community resilience with the rich vision of improving the lifestyles of women living to Australia.

Why Do Women Require Us?

Whittlesea Womanhood Association is an integrated and organised platform for multicultural women in the City of Whittlesea to claim their rights to quality life. : Whittlesea City Council is home to an ethnically-diverse community, with more than half of the residents from non-English speaking backgrounds including India, China, Italy, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Sri Lanka, Iran and Iraq. Our organisation is dedicated to provide support for multicultural women within these communities who either have recently arrived in Australia, or often have problems accessing appropriate services and resolve their personal situations which made complex by migration. We are here with a bold unbeaten resolution to make them innovative, self-reliant, and proactive to cope with different situations in life.
